I started in this business in 1998, but I never felt so consolidated before joining BAC Financial in 2004. The first thing I met when coming in was the human aspect of the director’s team, transmitting their passion for what we do. As well, the will to learn from other people’s achievements, but, especially, finding a family that supports you and lets you to grow as a person and a professional.

BAC FINANCIAL is the partner that we all need to have next to us. More than 20 years ago, without a guide in the insurance industry, I had the privilege of becoming part of this group of professionals. Through several pieces of training related to commercial trust, respect and loyalty, we’ve been able to grow next to the insurance world. Throughout the time I’ve deposited the trust in BAC, with a great satisfaction both as consultant and an agent. This has been possible thanks to the experience and the efficient support for each challenge in the business world, and the family’s health conditions.

In the last 27 years being part of the insurance industry, I’ve met a lot of insurance agents; still BAC is the only entity in which I’ve found the chance to develop a corporate relation in which each side grows considering its correspondent sales capabilities, building a long-term relationship.

We’ve celebrated, together, the team achievements, given support in crisis times and developed strategies to come out with learnings and new strengths.
